Eligibility for Issuance

- All school dues and fees must be cleared before TC issuance.
- Parents must submit a written request for the Transfer Certificate.

- Copy of Birth Certificate (if not already submitted)

Process for Obtaining Transfer Certificate

- The school administration verifies the records and prepares the TC.
- The Transfer Certificate is issued within 7–10 working days from the date of request.
