Sharada Public School, Balrampur follows structured school timings to ensure a balanced schedule for academic learning, co-curricular activities, and student well-being. Our timings are designed to maximize productivity, focus, and engagement throughout the school day.

Pre-Primary School (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG)

  • Morning Session: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Optional Afternoon Activities (if applicable): 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Break: 10:15 AM – 10:30 AM

Primary School (Class 1–5)

  • Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Recess / Break: 10:30 AM – 10:50 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

Middle School (Class 6–8)

  • Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 2:15 PM
  • Recess / Break: 10:30 AM – 10:50 AM
  • Lunch: 12:45 PM – 1:15 PM

Secondary School (Class 9–10)

  • Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Recess / Break: 10:30 AM – 10:50 AM
  • Lunch: 12:45 PM – 1:15 PM

Co-Curricular & Activity Timings

  • Physical Education / Sports: 2:15 PM – 2:45 PM (for applicable classes)
  • Clubs & Creative Activities: Scheduled during afternoons
  • Special Sessions (Music, Dance, Art, Yoga): As per class schedule

General Guidelines

  • Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
  • Attendance is marked at the beginning of the morning session.
  • Parents are requested to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
  • School timings may vary during special events, examinations, or holidays; advance notice will be provided.
