Sharada Public School, Balrampur welcomes students from Pre-Primary to Secondary levels. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, systematic, and student-friendly. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for admission depends on the age of the child and the grade they seek admission into.

  • Pre-Primary (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG): Age as per CBSE guidelines
  • Primary (Class 1–5): Completion of previous grade from recognized school
  • Middle School (Class 6–8): Successful completion of previous grade with satisfactory performance
  • Secondary School (Class 9–10): Passing grade from recognized school and meeting CBSE requirements

Admission Procedure

  • Step 1 – Inquiry: Visit the school or contact the admission office for detailed information.
  • Step 2 – Application Form: Fill out the admission form available at the school office or online on our website.
  • Step 3 – Submission of Documents: Submit the required documents along with the completed application form.
  • Step 4 – Interaction/Assessment: Children may be invited for an interaction or assessment based on their grade level.
  • Step 5 – Admission Confirmation: Parents will receive confirmation and fee payment instructions once the child is selected.

Required Documents

  • Birth Certificate of the child
  • Previous school transfer certificate (if applicable)
  • Mark sheets / report cards of previous grade (for Class 1 onwards)
  • Passport size photographs of the child and parents
  • Proof of residence (Aadhar card, Ration card, or any valid document)
  • Any other documents required by CBSE for enrollment

Fee Structure
