Fee Schedule (Residents & Day Scholars)

• The detailed Fee Schedule and Tariff will be shared by the school office at the time of registration.

• Fees must be paid on time at the school fee counter via:

  • Cash

  • Swipe machine (card)

  • Bank A/c Transfer

  • Demand Draft payable at Balrampur in favour of “Sharada Public School.”

• Cheques are not accepted.

Hostel Procurement Guidelines (Boys & Girls)

To ensure a comfortable start in the hostel, please note:

• What to bring: Toiletries and other essentials as per the checklist provided at admission.

• On-campus availability: Most items can also be purchased at the school market cost.

• Food policy:

  • Outside eatables are not permitted in the hostel.

  • Students may keep a limited quantity of home-prepared snacks.

• Tuck shop: Additional requirements can be purchased from the school tuck shop.

• Pocket money: Parents must provide a weekly pocket money amount for tuck shop purchases.
